SHIPPING INFORMATION:

We are a small, dedicated team committed to delivering your items promptly. During the holiday season, please allow 7-10 business days (excluding weekends) to process and ship your order. If there are issues after 10 days, contact Customer Service.

Route Insurance:
To safeguard against theft during the holidays, we highly recommend using Route insurance on all orders. We are not responsible for uninsured packages once they leave our facility.

CUSTOMER SERVICE OPERATIONS:
Our team operates Monday-Friday from 9 am to 4 pm, excluding major holidays. Please allow up to 48 hrs for a response during business hours.

SHIPPING OPERATIONS:
Our Shipping department operates Monday-Friday from 9 am to 4 pm, excluding major holidays. Regular processing time for shipping in-stock orders is 3-5 days, excluding weekends.

BOUTIQUE OPERATIONS:
Our boutique store hours are Monday-Friday 9 am-4 pm, Saturday-Sunday: 12 pm-6 pm. Our address is 4705 Mica St Pueblo CO 81001 US. Local pick-up is available; you will be emailed when your order is ready.

WHOLESALE:
For wholesale inquiries, please submit an application on our website or email us at [email protected].

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:
Once shipped, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your shipping carrier to file a claim. Choose the insurance option to protect your package.


PALPAY:
PalPay allows you to make purchases in four equal payments every 2 weeks without interest. Available to select international countries. Late fees apply if payments are missed.

PRE-ORDERS:
We offer pre-order items with estimated shipping times. Delays may occur, and we’ll contact you for your preference.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
Unworn/unwashed items with tags attached are eligible for return within 14 days. Returns/exchanges processed within 10 business days. Certain items are non-refundable.

WRONG OR DAMAGED ITEMS:
Contact us immediately for resolution.

CANCELATION POLICY:
Allowed for specific circumstances, excluding multi-item pre-orders.

ORDER EDITS:
Edits allowed for domestic customers. International customers may face limitations.

FINAL SALE:
Items marked as “Final Sale” are non-returnable, except for size exchanges if available.

SALES / PROMOTIONS:
No rainchecks on sales. Discounts cannot be stacked. No cancellations for applied discounts.

WASHING/CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
Follow the washing and care instructions on the item’s tab/label.
