If you purchased the $1.98 free returns for store credit + exchange protection at the original time of checkout, there is no cost to return the package. You will be able to submit a return for store credit or exchange and receive a pre-paid label through our returns center. If you did not purchase the $1.98 free return + exchange protection at the original time of checkout, you will be asked to pay for a return label, or you may ship the item yourself to the address below.

Need to return something you just received? No problem! Please read through our policies below, and of course, contact us if you have any questions. While we do everything in our power to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase, please keep in mind that Anecms is a small company and may not have the same return and exchange policies as big box stores. Cancellations must be made within 4 hours, and the order cannot have been processed for shipping.

RETURN POLICIES

TIMELINE FOR RETURNS:
You may return your order for any reason within 2 weeks for store credit or exchange only. For all orders, you will be eligible for an exchange only if the product is mailed within 14 days from the day the order was originally delivered and must be in the original condition. If the return was sent after 14 days of the day the order was originally delivered, it will be refused. In-store purchases are exchanges only within 14 days of purchase. We do not process returns for a refund due to the costs incurred in every order. You are only permitted to exchange an order once, and we do not accept exchanges on exchange orders. Please ask for help with sizing if you’re having trouble.

WHAT CAN’T BE RETURNED:
Items described as “Final Sale” or “sale,” or if a discount code was used, cannot be returned or exchanged. Merchandise must have all tags attached, and all footwear returns must be sent back in their original packaging and without shipping labels affixed to them. Petticoats, Lingerie, Shapewear, Cosmetics, Fragrances, Toiletries are all not returnable. Swimwear is returnable, but it must include the original liner and show no signs of wear. Please be certain to try on all swimwear with undergarments and keep the liner in place. Any worn, soiled, altered, washed, or customer-damaged or wrong items cannot be returned and will be shipped back to you at your cost with no refund issued. If you cannot be reached with your provided contact information within 30 days from when you initially received the item in question to purchase a ship charge to ship the un-returnable item back to you, the item will be destroyed, and no refund will be issued. Pre-order items are not refundable unless the ship date passes 2 weeks, as your item is produced as ordered.

RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES INFORMATION:
Shipping cost is non-refundable unless we ship an item in error. Returns will require the customer to pay for return shipping. Returns on orders that utilize free shipping will be subject to a reduction in refund or store credit in the amount of $8.25 ground or $28 for International.

In your return, please include your name, order number, and information for exchange. Please ship with tracking; we are not responsible for packages lost by shipping carriers. Once your item is received and your return is processed, your exchange will be shipped out to you within 7-10 days, or you will automatically be sent store credit.

Also note, online purchases may be returned at our physical store. Please contact the Boutique in advance to ensure the item is in stock and for further details about their exchange policy.

TIMELINE FOR EXCHANGES:
You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to get the item in the mail and return the item to our store in Las Vegas, NV (the item must arrive back here within 20 days to qualify). If the return arrives after 20 days from the date the order was originally received by you, the customer, it will be refused. Once you receive the exchanged item, the same rules apply if you need to return or exchange it (so if you need to return the exchanged item, you will have the usual 10 days from date of that delivery to qualify for a return). If an item arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Service team within 5 days of receiving the damaged item.

WHAT CAN BE EXCHANGED:
Exchanges are available exclusively for orders that ship to the contiguous USA. Exchanges are allowed for size and/or color only. Simply include the size and/or color you require when you contact customer service asking to authorize an exchange. If your requested size and/or color is out of stock when we receive your package, you will be issued a refund or store credit based on our posted return policy.

WHAT CAN’T BE EXCHANGED:
