SHIPPING POLICY

At Anecms, we are committed to delivering your items promptly. Please take note of the following information regarding our shipping process.


GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

We, at Anecms, are a dedicated small team striving to expedite the delivery of your orders. During the holiday season, due to increased order volume, please allow 7-10 business days (excluding weekends) for order processing and shipment. If your order hasn’t progressed after 10 days, kindly contact our Customer Service for assistance. This timeframe excludes the estimated time required by your chosen courier for package delivery.

Shipping times may be extended if the item is in-store; it will ship immediately upon arrival from our warehouse, which may take approximately 6 days due to shipping delays.

Orders typically ship within one to five business days, except during high-volume periods like holidays or Site Wide Sales. For urgent orders, especially for special events, please email our customer service at [email protected], and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Shipping and handling charges vary based on location and parcel size. To obtain a shipping estimate, please visit your Shopping Cart and complete the Estimate Shipping and Tax form for a quote.Standard shipping is $15,Free domestic shipping over $200 .

Orders can be shipped with signature confirmation upon delivery; contact [email protected] before placing your order to arrange this. Alternatively, you can coordinate with the postal carrier to pick up your package directly.

Route+ is a shipping protection service we provide, offering replacement or refund of the entire amount for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. For claims, please contact Route+.

All orders to P.O. Boxes are shipped via USPS. APO/FPO addresses are also shipped via USPS, as mandated by law.

Due to our expedited order processing, product substitutions, order cancellations, or combining orders may not be possible during peak order volume periods.

We are not financially responsible for packages once they leave our warehouse. No refunds will be issued for lost or stolen packages. We offer Route shipping insurance, and claims can be filed with them. Without this coverage, there is no protection for lost or damaged packages.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For international shipping, customers are responsible for customs charges. If you choose first-class international package shipping, please add insurance, as we are not responsible for lost packages once they leave the US. Refusing the package without paying customs charges incurs a return fee and restocking charge. Additional shipping fees apply for items to be returned.


PRE-ORDER SHIPPING INFORMATION

Estimated ship times for pre-order items are indicated on each item’s page, but actual shipping dates cannot be guaranteed. Your entire order, including any in-stock items, will ship when your pre-order item is ready. If you need in-stock items immediately, please order them separately for faster delivery.


Business days refer to Monday through Friday. We are closed on observed dates for Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, and Independence Day.
